Feature race in S2a with a 2nd row start meant there was a chance to take the flag, and then out came the water truck!!. The first few laps of the race was like racing on an ice rink stuggling to find grip. For some reason everyone else seemed to get traction but I just could not get the power to the ground. I could hear the engine reving but going nowhere and watching karts pass me on the straight was gut wrenching. I jknew the track would grip up in time to win some places back and sure enough it did after the 4th lap where there was some tight racings and managed to chase down the leaders and make up a few places to eventually finish in third place.
