I have been doing this all my life, I am 60 years old, and I feel good for my age. It's about choices, if you find yourself in a place you don't feel comfortable, it's time for you to find somewhere else to go. It doesn't matter what people say or think about you, once you have mastered your body and mind, stick with what you know about yourself. It doesn't matter what people think or say about you, you are your own self person, you know what you need and what to do to get it. Don't ever follow anyone, whatever you learn is knowledge to live by, you know how to function and operate yourself. Hold tightly to the knowledge you have, and keep adding to your knowledge, it eventually turns into wisdom, where you no longer follow anyone. Keep your circle tight and small, I have always operated by myself, no snitch is gonna play me out of my own game. Stay disciplined and focused on what you are doing, don't follow anyone. Remember to never panic, because when you panic, you will make mistakes, don't let nobody ever try to rush you to do something. Take your time, and do things at a careful and deliberate pace, but whatever you do, don't ever let someone rush you to do anything. Stay strong and always be aware of things going on around you, Don't let nobody play you as a sucker, you are a master of yourself. That says alot about yourself as a man.
