Dude, the red on your tach should be at 7200-7400 rpms of you have stage two. You sure you have the full flash. The red marks on my tach start at 7200 with stage 1. I did order the TCU tune as well so that could be the issue. Doing stage two next week when I get my SC pulley.

Stock or Tuned the N54 kicks the shit out of the 3.0T. Both engines are cool in their own ways but lets not get it twisted, the N54 has insane potential. 3.0T needs to be tuned to beat an N54

Pulley swap, ECU and TCU tune. Exhaust at this level doesn't bring much to the party. I don't own the car, I don't know this particular car. I have mods and I go to the track with mine.

Tcu should be 3500rpm not 2500
At 2700 I spun all four tires at the racetrack. They spun from launch up to 3700 RPM and then the engine hiccupped for a quick bit when it got traction. At 3500, especially on the street, you'd have an even bigger problem.

New larger front HX and clip the control wire on the pump so It works all the time instead of 2200 RPM +.

Single big 207, higher ratio than most dual pulley. Lookup Audi 3.0tfsi pulley ratio chart google docs
Very nice. My '13 C7 A6 does 4 sec flat 0-60 in UT with APR stage 2, dual pulley, heat exchanger, and Luft Technin intake. That's it... And it kills!. I Need to port the blower and do test pipes, but maybe when I start loosing hahahaha. Last kill was a 2018 C63S. That's a 4 sec car too but turbo lag is a real struggle. I wouldn't know.

Your car is quiet for a catless, I like that. My catless 3.0 A5 (S Line) is way way louder at WOT it gives me headache on longer trips. I like how your car sounds because I can clearly hear the SC whine, you can’t ever hear mine even though I have a Roc-Euro CAI ;( Running stage 3 here.. Keep burning rubber budd ♥️
