Blender gives you access to EVERY vertices and face of a mesh. Meshmixer will allow you to select areas of a mesh. In Tinkercad, you are manipulating/blending whole meshes. You cannot select vertices or areas of a mesh in Tink. Feel free to correct me here, I have not found a way to select areas of a mesh in Tink.

That’s blasphemy

After toying with the keyer for way more time than I had scheduled for this project I figured out what causes the color shift. The cheap webcam I use to capture images refocuses every time I put my hands into the scene to move the doll. Each image has a slightly different focal point so the hue is slightly different. When the images are run through the keyer the differences in hues become exaggerated. I may be able to overcome the issue by taking a larger image set and dropping frames that are noticeably different. Or throw money at it for a good camera....
