The rejected Vessel, Tiffany...I just realized! Amy is the virgin Vessel who was not willing to participate, whereas Tiffany was the slut who was all-too-eager to throng her advances devoutly for Gary, but Gary didn't want Tiff. She laid all the demonic work down for Gary, but according to the letter that Father Ward picked up from one of those rooms, Tiffany was jealous of Amy for being the chosen, unscathed Vessel for Gary. By the time Father Ward discovered Tiffany, she was fully mutilated, and because she wasn't the perfect, Virgin sacrifice, Tiffany transmogrified into something greater upon her 2nd death. Just like "Jennifer's Body", when Low Shoulder thought they sacrificed a virgin, the beast within became stronger and beyond what power was sacrificed.
