Hi, I was also there, since 09/2023 till 03/2024, it was very nice there, very snowy and very cold, (till -38 degrees Solbacken Camp in January, I had week off, but one friend of mine, who worked at that time, told me, that in the location of the factory was -41 degrees Celsius - it was arround 4.1.2024 or something like that. Interesting video. It just showed up in my feed. I was considering a position at NV a few weeks ago. For those wondering, Engineer salary is equivalent to €60,000. Taxes are high but living costs are low according to my research. Looks like a very nice place to be. I turned down a salary of €250,000, because money isn't everything...family is, and I couldn't uproot mine to move to Sweden no matter how attractive the role was. Still, I would not rule it out in the future.
