I have a 032 av the compression is very strong wondering if the vacuam from the carby is faulty it’s hard to pull there no decompression value watching your video starting in one hand not mine it runs but it there to much compression maybe a fuel issue anyone had the same problem

Pity I'm two years too late finding this video, i have a Solo 2175, made in west Germany, it's from pre chain brake days, i still use it, i can't find any info on it, IE can i get a new sprocket for it? its probably early 70s or earlier, even google hasn't helped, thanks from Australia. The makers badge is missing, so the number 2175 may be the indevidual saw number and not the model.

my back hurts just looking at that saw. 372xp for me. 20+ years of parts support, new and aftermarket.

We are lucky to have you! In the last 18 months or so aged 70 years I bought my first chainsaw after over 54 years on playing with everything else both professionally and as a hobbyist. I am agog (a grumpy old git) About a month ago I bought my first Jobu L800 for a silly price. Guy didn't know what he had and neither did I. So well built so much metal. I have fallen for Macs, Huskies and Dolmars as well. Er I don't have a Sthil other than modern Combi unit stuff. Lovely to see you sharing in the workshop. Keep on keeping all on. Thank you.

In 2006 i have tons of dry eucaliptus redcoconut rots.I purchase for 110€ a used p550…imagine rocks,wires,soil,dry wood making sparks in chain🤷🏽‍♂️😳 But that hog pig bingbing stay with me to 2024… I have st440,281,288,350,630 but that low rpm p550 is the choice for slide a 6” dry eucsliptus with is 15” bar…🤗the torq is what i like with a short radious chain 👏👏👏👏😳

I see a 07 back on the left

it may have a no loal governor on the carb rob which cuts in when you rev it right up when its not cutting. its like a brass flat screw headed plug on the side of the carb.
