lol.. have equalizer on country -- works - wasn't in "metal" but was recommended Maiden, Priest AC"D's' learned to like it - when it's good (assume)... the 1st maiden i ever saw was on then independent ch 12 in Boulder/Denver -- it was this concert 's video late at night -- my first concert ever working was Maiden -- learning on the job go with the best -- Bloomington Minnesota -'87.

Maiden is the generic metal group. Compared to Judas Priest thery are jusy okay. The fact that peope even compare them is embarrassing to them. They're great but not even close to Priest.

Ah you young punks don’t know shit😎 Bruce’s voice sounds like that because of the brutal tour schedule they had for Live After Death. It was so bad on him he had to go the days without talking just to save what he had. I saw them years later at the Seventh Son tour and he sounded great.

Have it on cd and vinyl, and it's awesome. I wish there were a full video of the concert, but from what I have heard and read, Harris wasen't to happy with the video recording of the concert. But it's still amazing and awesome 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

The original VHS tape was longer. It had mote songs on it. It was more like the original print of "Live After Death" album. But I gotta say, this still maintained a vrey good mix for being analog better! Way better sound. So much more how real amps can sound. The richness, the clarity, the fullness is remarkable. I wish they still did concerts based on an analog set-up.

I saw this exact show twice. First time was in Radio city Music Hall in Manhattan, Night 4. Queensreich opened. That was in January 1985. I remember the cold. The 2nd time was that Spring.......In May of 1985 at Nassau Coliseum on Long Island NY. I forget who opened? If anybody? That one was more fun because I was in like the 25 row, not in the bleachers like the first time. And my view and the sound difference was massively better IMO.

Amazing. I've never heard _Hallowed Be Thy Name_ played so tightly to the original studio track! I realize that Maiden had played this song live thousands of times throughout their entire career and as the years go by, they tend to stray a little from the original studio version. My friend and I made the arduous journey to Singapore by car to catch one night of Iron Maiden at the SISTIC stadium in Feb 2011. They did play this song, but it wasn't as tight as this one from Beast over Hammersmith. We were disappointed with the sound quality - Steve's bass sound got lost in the mix while Janick's guitar volume tried to outdo Adrian's. I thought the band sounded like it had "one guitar too many". I think this very live performance from 1982 is waaaay better than the one I watched in real life!

I had this on vinyl and cassette. I wore it out. I switched to CD in the mid-late 80s. I still have the original disk that does not have Total Eclipse on it. I love Maiden forever! They made life much greater.

I went to their concert in 85 in Long Beach Arena I was 17 I remember we called into ticket master it was one of those things random seats somehow I got floor tickets. They setup folding chairs that were chained together those chairs were all bent up and people were throwing M80's down on the floor area it was a crazy concert. I remember my ears ringing when we drove home.
