My previous workout session was Legs, although when I came back home to look over the footage, it turned out bad and blurry. How come you use wraps for the barbell and not the dumbbell?
When I was using the dumbbells I did a combination movement of a fly and a press, so I didn’t really think using wraps would be right/good

How do you divide your routine bro ?
@@TuMaridoYeye my routine is divided into five days, not always in this order mainly depends on my recovery time Day one: Arms Day two: Chest Day three: Back/Shoulders Day four: Arms Day five: Legs And I’ll usually hit my abdominals and other additional muscles on my rest days but I will hit them with a lower intensity and a bit more volume depending on how well I’m recovering. Hope that helps
@@TuMaridoYeye I will also have at least one full rest day in between each day so I can really make sure I’m recovering enough. The program essentially alternates from week to week based upon how I’m feeling on that day. If I was for instance to reach the day where I’m training Back/Shoulders and I still don’t feel good/recovered then I would take another day off and hit Back/Shoulders the day after. The reason why I have two arm days is mainly because for me personally my arms are the most lacking part of my physique and so after trying all methods that I’m familiar with to bring my arms up to the same level as my other muscles I decided to include another day
Good workout, what do you think about leg press?
I like it, I think it’s a good compound exercise for training your legs all together. It is almost like the squat but the leg press does have some limitations like range of motion and flexibility (if that’s a problem) but overall it’s a good exercise to use and I would recommend doing it if doing squats isn’t such a great movement for you.

I refer to Dorian yates on pushdowns, come to nipple area no further as all your roing is loading the elbows for injury and doing nothing for Triceps. Step back and bring bar to the crotch, stop egg lifting.

Yes. As a professional he knew how to do. He used 2 warm up sets to activate his muscles. And then 1 Set to failure within the rep range of 6-9 with perfect form and good correctly speed.
I have a question. If we train only three hours a week how will we gain strength? Wont we need consistently? Or does it affects something different?

Actualy 1rep matter, but you have to do 1 rep almost every 20-60 minutes, so you in one day you will do maybe 25 reps one every 20-60 min with 90%-95% max weight at full power = this will increase tendon strenght and power but who have time for it HIT is better for me.
Arm+shoulder focus split that’s worked well for me Triceps and back Shoulder day Biceps and chest Legs Rest and repeat Let’s u train arms first without it affecting back/chest and you get a whole day for shoulders. Can do it in any order u want I just put it that order so I can rest my tris before chest and my bis before back Because of how it’s ordered u can also have the rest day wherever u like and only take it when u need it as the previous session has very little crossover with the next
bro what is your split
My split is Monday: Back and Rear Deltoids. Tuesday: Rest, Wednesday: Chest, Biceps, and forearms. Thursday: Rest. Friday: Legs and Abdominals. Saturday: Rest. Sunday: Shoulders, Triceps and Abdominals.
Each split I run for about 4-5 weeks and then have roughly 3-7 days of complete rest (doing no physical activity)
