Food is a language and it could be understand by anyone. It has no boundaries and limit. I have learn cooking through my family; always went extra mile to learn some of the traditional and authentic recipes where I always loved eating and trying new food and recipes where ever it come form; from that I innovate to have it in our daily lives which could be prepared quick and easy with many techniques.

Rice is the main ingredient. We could use runny rice flour which want give the same texture. Cooked rice is giving a perfect texture. And this recipe always made out of left over rice.
