I'm lost please help me so I have a 90 degree window trim, it's 20mm you said messure the window from the inside top to bottom and then cut it but what I don't understand is if I do that left and right how will it line up to the trims up and down???? Do I need to messure the inside of the window but add 20mm top and bottom? Please help me I'm so lost

You left out that you have to get the width of one piece, multiply it by two, and add it to your width or length that you grabbed when measuring from corner to corner? Or am I incorrect

Hi, I'm a complete DIY newbie, and I need some advice on installing this shelf model on the wall of my living room. Here in Ireland, the walls are made of drywall, and I'll need to drill some holes to install the wall plugs required to attach the shelf. I've noticed that when I knock on certain spots on the wall, the sound is duller, like there might be a stud or something behind it. Should I be concerned about this? Is it possible that there's something behind the wall that shouldn't be drilled into, and that I should avoid making holes there? I will probably have to drill both areas to place the shelf tho. Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Hiya, Amazing video with a lot of information. Thank you. I have a coated fibre glass roof which hasn't been maintained for about 20 years. It's not leaking but I want to restore it to prolong it's life. I am getting conflicting info from companies. Some say use acropol some say don't, some say cromopol and acropol would peel off after a couple of years because of the old coating etc. I am so confused. Can you help please? Thnx

We struggle with vinyl replacement windows that go into a painted (exterior dtm) steel frame. The amount of flexing between the materials ruins almost any bond even when cleaned with acetone or window cleaner first. Any ideas? Biggest gap probably 4mm.

Why not use 3C Polymer Sealant? I thought this is the product recommended for brick walls by the 3C Website? Thanks.
