this was a overpowered marginal risk. if the spc & you knew this would happen, the spc would issue a slight risk and you will go live. this day was slightly surprising and exciting (but also headache-inducing)

I’ve had 2 pds tornado warnings in northern Illinois in 2015 another one in 2021. I didn’t have one in 2023 because I wasn’t close enough to Chicago.
