Oh. Railroad Crossing Bells? I think that means they need to make it so every railroad crossing is activatable. And adding Cantilever Activatable ones. Even if it was edited. Also, if I'm not too late to say this, they should add the KCS Engines and their railcars. Such as the KSC Grain Car, and other things.
The bells are edited in, we plan to redo all crossings once we sort out a system to make them trigger from a larger distance that can be adjusted by the player.
