I'd anglicize his name as "Kay Hwee Kwahn", although "Hwee" is admittedly unnatural to English speakers, so his "Hoo-ee" could work too. Still not sure how he intends "Ke" to be pronounced though, but I really appreciate a (South-)East Asian who takes pride in his native name in Hollywood, where even privileged white celebrities like Charlize Theron have to pander to the proud ignorance and incuriosity of the American public, and resort to butchering their own names, or just picking some generic-ass white names like "Jackie".
