Good vid. Another ship I picked up because I had the coal and the other ships I wanted, but haven't even played on game in it. But, it's a completely "meh" ship. It's about middle of the pack in every way; it's not bad, it's just not good. It's guns just lack accuracy to make it special like Elbing, lack the dpm of Kleber, lack punch of Kleber, too. I think a buff is in order here.

You were calling WG a disgrace for putting this out for so cheap because, to you, that meant it was bad. This was before you even played it, ffs. Nothing to revise that? An apology for possibly stopping your viewers from grinding this because you said it wasn't worth it?

Long range is a game changer.

Your playing it like a traditional destroyer. My best game in her was 190k+. I got on the flanks of back row battleships and farmed 4 kills. Torping the flanks and setting permanent fires, while providing spoting for the team is her niche. Try playing it like a Khabba or Kleber...

Wisconsin is one of the best dockyard ship in the game. The 2.0 sigma and bc dispersion already sets it to be interesting, but its also getting Burger reload boost from french and consumables coming back in 15 secs issh like pan american san martin can be a game changer at mid to close ranges. Fun and enjoyable experience as I also put a great review on my YT CHANNEL as well.

As you said, it's a little bit boring to sit in the back and shoot from behind. I'm a brawler and I like German BBs, especially the Meckle. When I don't have secondaries firing, I feel kinda sad. At first I tried the Wisconsin with a secondary build and after 2 games, I completely changed it to a more standard build. But you have pretty much no impact on the game. There is no ability to push, there is no defensive area around you, that is covered by the secondaries. There are no torps, just your accurate main battery. You can only push when the other team lets you or your own team supports it. No way you win a single skirmish against a good secondary BB. So all you can do is wait and shoot until an opportunity opens up. Boring. Sniping BBs like the Wisconsin are OK, but not my favorite.

Tbh. Disable chat is a poor excuses tbh, if you know you can’t take toxicity. You should bite the bullet and deal with it. Toxicity will always happen anyway if you disable the chat which is literally the most reliable source to play the game more effectively. Maybe because I was born in early 2000s where Video games does not make Toxic Playerbase as Avengers Level Threat. I have to adapt and just ignore the message. Think of them as clowns. Because at the end of the day, you will never escape Toxicity. Either adapt now and get used to it and being immune or keep avoiding it and eventually have to face it at some point in life. It’s my opinion tho so don’t take it seriously. Because I am quite durable when it comes to toxicity.

Ragnar is nothing like Smaland, the entire playstyle is different. If you try to play Ragnar like Smaland you die early. With Ragnar you sit in second line, bully BBs, cruisers at range and take occasional potshots at enemy DDs. But overall you thin out the red team before you go after DDs or the objective. Meanwhile with Smaland you can dive straight towards the objective and go for the early DD kill. Provided you play without concealment (except the module) and pick fearless brawler instead, your chance of picking up that early kill is very high. Enemy DDs spots you around 7km, Smaland radars and straight up murders 90% of the DDs. There are very few DDs Smaland has to respect (Sherman, Marcy, Ragnar, Kleb, a good Daring). Since most DD players in randoms are TERRIBLE, i mean really, really TERRIBLE, most of them are a free kill for a Smaland. After that Smaland can heal if necessary (rarely the case, most DDs die within the first engagement). With the DD dead, the majority of BBs and cruisers will turn out and start kiting which seals their fate and that of the flank. smaland Gets the cap and can start farming the ever living shit out of the battleships. Its raw DPM and firechance are ridicolous. And Smaland is not done yet with her goodies. She gets probably one of if not the best speedboost in the game. With it up and a DD player with hands, Smaland is almost impossible to hit while she just keeps farming and farming. And unlike Ragnars her Speedboost can last over a minute. In addition it has a short cooldown and is usually available 5 times. Ragnar may be a bully, but Smaland is a beast. Both can stealth radar but thats about it with the similarities.

Build: Damage control from armory, Damage control, turret rotation, engine, concealment & plotting room. Captain: Expert loader. Turrets traverse. Brisk. AA. Heavy AP, AR. Superintendent & concealment. ..... Mid to late game brawler. The citadel being so low under water gives to great brawling. However, it will take long range plunging citadel through the deck, and has a weird citadel between funnel and aft turret. This is not meant to sit back and snipe.

Excellent guns, not as many as some, which at T10 is a little rough. But, the citadel is lowered just a bit compared to the T9, which helps with lower hit points, as does the F key bringing your heal back super fast (80% faster for 30 sec). BUT, I really like accurate guns. I'll take a bad ship with good guns over a good ship with bad guns, any day. This ship is second only to Slava (of BBs) at putting shells where you aim; I like her. I think you need 17 or 19 HITS to charge the F button, Good vid.

Citadels below water line. Does take plunging cits. Take super heavy AP. Mid to late game is a brawler. You need brisk. I believe your not running an optimal build.

Oh yeah also, since we have one life per games, and classes are very important in countering each others, every 2IQ dumbasses is a total liability to your team, and if you have multiple of them you will NOT have fun and be steamrolled. They are the real toxic players here. I don't ask for professional levels of plays, just litteraly "don't die after 2 minutes in obvious traps".

Hahaha love that TLDW best Petro upgrade is moskva 😂 Firing rate does decrease with leg mod but increased alpha and accuracy makes up for it. With heavy AP shells Petro can get like 7k alpha

Trust me when you become a veteran in this game, you could see the winning or losing from the very first one to two minutes in the game the veterans see the game like a chessboard he know which moves gonna lead you to victory, and which moves will not, and most of the players right now leads the battle to the place where the sun don’t shine

Easy, remove subs and Cvs, buff cruiser deck armor so they can actually play closer without being overmatched to death while still being angled, nerf a bit fire tick damage.

Not against subs as such but if you wish to play subs play 688 Attack sub or the like don't kill a game trying to make money,Very good video BTW

as a vet from the beta days your argument can easily and has been used for DDs. the average T10 match has 4 to 5 DDs per side and most will only use their torpedo's meaning BBs players will stay back and refuse to brawl because 1 spread can delete them more so then a single spread from a sub

The more i keep watching and listening your point of view regarding todays WoW's , i realize your hatred for subs and cv's . my opinion is if you have to blame someone then its the shitty WG and WG alone. since they implement cv's and subs then what do you want for players who enjoys them ? to stop playing ? dont blame the player base who choses to have fun with subs and cv's... hell , i even got griefed from some retards in game with zero cv's and zero subs all and all cause i was keep spotting them with my destroyer... and also , dont forget that we are talking about a game right ? pure pixels in an ARCADE game. its not even a simulator or whatsoever. and also , dont forget that subs and cv's provide you with the most important tool in game, and that's spotting.

Super toxic... Specially in Randoms... I wish they would implement asymmetric battle mode as a permanent mode. And even in asymmetric mode there are toxic people... So turn off chat and gg.

In my modest opinion of a guy that is playing the game since beta cv changes and sub addition to the game made the game worst, also in this 9 years there is a generational swift in players less X more Z, that come to the game with their modern culture aka bullshit, I am a main brawling ship player, and I am tired of been called all kind of names for brawling, killing dds and subs and dying because no support, people is all the way in the back when a sub is useless and dead if you stay 3km from it, they make 60k damage to ships and is like the best they did in their life, in 9 years I never had a draw game in the last month more than 20, why because everybody plays in the back doing nothing scared of everything like in real life.

Aircraft carriers are toxic but for destroyers they are super toxic. It cannot be that the aircraft carrier branch continues like this; Automatic and super long repairs, automatic ASW and the ability to spot all the enemy team, and it doesn't matter how many anti-aircraft guns you have... they will always reach you, it's been a long time since anyone talked about aircraft carriers, but they are too broken... the difference between a good and a bad is too obvious and It has too much impact. Now they are also fast, they have smoke, healths... they are too broken. People complain about the submarines, now they have been fixed, but when will the aircraft carrier solution be solved? And we don't even talk about Smolenks anymore.

Another reason why people stay away from danger is the one thing you often mention. I love playing DDs, love their gameplay, love ur videos btw, but the sad reality is when I need credits, I take my blue booster put it on azuma and spam HE from 20km away. Bcs credits are such a problem I currently have 3 tier 10s ground up that I havent bought, and a boosters are so rare, I cant risk catching a stray torp or behind island radar, and throwing the booster away. Yes if u die u don't lose your ship, but u definetly lose the booster, and when u need around a 100mil like me, you just cant afford to. . .

Subs proved too much for me. I have 300-some-odd ships in port and I play less than a dozen battles a month. OWSF was less toxic than CVs + Subs.

Give DD's & Cruisers REAL Sonar spot subs out to (say) 8k unless they are deep. Get rid of homing Torps they didn't come in until later in the war, or Limit the # of Homing torps. Subs when submerged were SLOW in WWII. Increase the time it takes for CV's to regenerate new planes. Just some thoughts.

Great video explaining how the game design choices are the problem. i still really enjoy the game, even randoms, but i wish that pushing in for fights in cruisers and BBs wasn't such a risky proposition.

I go by a few rules. learn to do unto others before they do unto you. After that, be sneaky, live longer, have an out, and being dark keep them guessing where you are. Finally, when you have local superiority it is time not to play nice.

for commander skills, instead of Fearless Brawler, that 3 pt torp reload skill will sync well too i guess.
