This game definitely had a dream-like quality

It was really impactful for me too. In some of the cases there just wasn't a good option, the outcome was the same regardless. I like to think of the 'bad end' as the good end since maybe the young doctor player character went on to start a more humane practice.

I think so too! There's a lot of neat artistic choices they made with the game, so I'm really interested in seeing how it develops.

It is! The Dog is spooky and suspenseful, and the ending leaves off at a place that just makes you wonder a bit. Thanks for commenting!

It really was. I really did just die over and over again, but playing this for some spooks and scares, not worrying too much about the 'game' part, this was great!

It is confusing. The biggest handicap of his curse seems to be that he can't leave the estate. Back in Chapter 4, he can't leave with Clara to even run an errand in town and just approaching the gate caused him to start bleeding profusely. Something is preventing him from leaving the manor grounds so he cannot leave or travel even though he wants to. I hope you enjoy playing/reading the visual novel! Let me know what you think of the story and what ending(s) you get, okay!

@@AvarisHarkay yes! I did end up understanding further in I was just confused cause it seemed like we were supposed to understand from this chapter LOL. I got true ending on my first play through but went thru some of my saves and got bad ending 2 and 4 “

Agreed. I think it's tough to decipher what parts of Ted's perspective should and should not be taken with salt, but it seems there's a lot that's purposely left up for interpretation, especially given Ted's paranoia. It's tough to say for sure and fun to think about and puzzle over. Thank you so much for the comment and I'm really happy if you liked the video.
