Many a weekend of getting drunk at Rubys. Sad to see the place looking like that. Whoever takes it over will have to gut the place to bare frame and rebuild it. What's more likley to happen is the place will just keep on decaying until the cooncil push through a permit deeming it "unsafe". Same trick South Ayrshire done with the old railway hotel.
