I will show the people to cook the right method to stay healthy and not to repeat my mistakes that i made in the past. Many kids willing to eat a tasty food but not knowing whether its healthy I have sensed that many people get many diet issues, such as heart problems, diabetes etc.. this disease might cause due to improper method of cooking it can be a one of the most important reasons.
