Such a beautiful dog. As much as I would love to have a wolf or wolf-dog, I know that it would not be appropriate given my living circumstance (suburbia) and the last thing we need is another abandoned - so I am jealous in a good way. It's a definitely a challenging dog - from training to commitment of time to purchase price and I am sure their weekly meals can run up quite a bill. Thanks for sharing... :)

Thanks for posting. We have a male Czech Wolfdog named Echo. One of the best, most loyal dogs I've ever had the honor of having in my family. But you're video is accurate. As loving and good as Echo is, he would not fit with just any family. For those people who have the time and patience......you will not find a more loyal and loving dog... Echo gets a lot of attention too when we're out lol

They are MOST DEFINITELY heavy shedders. They shed more than a golden retriever and a borzoi. It is incredible. Even with brushing them they shed all day every day. With a proper training, stimulation, and love they are the most versatile and amazing dog ever (even with the shedding) BUT without training and a lot of exercise (more than walks) it is definitely not the right dog for you.
