Hello! I came across your channel today while researching the florist industry and classes etc. I've watched many of your videos and see that you started by making your own arrangement for your own wedding. That's awesome and congrats on your studio space! I too live in San Diego (in RB) and i'm very seriously interested in changing careers to work in floral design. I was wondering how your learned to do all of this with no formal schooling? I'm reading books and watching vids online etc but I would love it if you had some advice as I don't know that I need to go to a school, i'm very artistic and creative and love to work hands on and just love flowers! Thanks in advance for any advice!

Following up with my comment : I live in LA. I am looking to try to start my flower shop online. I have my ig with some work and want to create a website so people can see prices and order . I am scared business wouldn’t go but to try i really need a website … Which exactly licenses or permits do i need to do be able to create my website and start selling? where do i need to register my brand name? Is there a company who does that? And i am very confused when i will have a website and person will be paying through that , where would money go to? How do i attach an account to it? Is it possible to sell from the website and not get sales licenses or permits ? The reason why i’m asking is what if i will have 0 sales and i will and up having all that but business would not work? Sorry for bothering but i’m very confused where to start from 🥲🥲🙏🏻💗
