Short clip of aerial footage of Cissbury Ring, near Findon (Worthing), West Sussex.
This is a short clip of Cissbury Ring in West Sussex. It was taken using a DJI Mini 2 drone.
Cissbury Ring is a large man-made hill hill fort, which sits within the South Downs National Park. The site has evidence of neolithic flint mining; bronze age burial mounds; and most obviously an iron age hill fort.
The ditch and bank are very obvious on the ground and very well-defined. It is less clear in this aerial footage - but there are clearly visible footpaths that sit atop the banks. Because the land is largely chalk-based here, the paths are very white.

Some aerial (drone) footage of the Calmac ferry, Loch Seaforth approach Ullapool. This is the service that runs regularly from Ullapool to Stornoway. The vessel is one of the larger Calmac services and this is one of the longer duration services run by the company.

A short piece of aerial video of the Kelpies, next to the M9 motorway, near Falkirk in Scotland. The Kelpies is an artwork in the form of two large steel horses. It was created by Andy Scott and completed in October 2013. They are positioned at The Helix, where the Forth and Clyde Canal meets the River Caron. The video was shot by a DJI Mini 2 drone.

Some aerial (drone) footage taken from Rannoch Forest, including views of Loch Rannoch, Kinloch Rannoch village and surrounding mountains. The weather was glorious - sunny and with very little wind. The surface of the loch was incredibly smooth, giving remarkable reflections of the mountains and clouds. This was taken with a small drone (DJI mini 2). This is a short drone video of Pladda lighthouse, taken from the southern tip of Arran in western Scotland. In the distance, Aisla Craig can be clearly seen. This is around 13 miles from Kildonan. I viewed the giant in August when on an excursion from a cruise liner in Portland, probably from the car park you mentioned, but it was very difficult to make out any detail from that viewpoint. The drone footage makes it very clear. Well done!
