I am currently working to unlock Front Lever Hold from the bar. It is a very advanced form of static movement in calisthenics
and it is definitely a journey, and it takes time and incredible strength to achieve my goal.
I must practice and practice by doing specific movements and reps to build my strength.
In my videos, I see my progression, and, at the same time, I am trying to make it look like it is fun and beautiful.

@DanielleMeles no.. she is a dog. I have 11 dogs . She is my youngest one. The Yorkie was very shy and skittish till she came into his life.
