Hello how are you? What is the diameter of the outer circumference you drew and its thickness? I see that the line is well centered and not out of date. (I'm talking about the detail of Crosshair's front, minute 8:55 of your video
Good Thank you! I don't remember the exact measurements but just measuring it now, it looks like it was 1/4 inch thick. I think I made it more of an oval so probably about 8.5 cm tall and 7 cm wide. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the tutorial, made a crosshairs helmet from foam but didn’t know how to achieve the right paint job this helped me go in the right direction.

Tech is my favourite armoured Bad Batcher and I love seeing folks who like him as well. Wonderful work you've done here! Can't wait to do one myself some day.

For cutting the visor how did you measure the size? Did you trace it or just use measurements?
I would recommend cutting one out of paper first so you can then trace that onto the visor. That way you stand a less likelihood of screwing up the visor.

Nice, I’m actually working on my own tech helmet too. One question I had was, what was the size of the lenses for the glasses?
I made mine 50 mm. I think I printed my helmet at 97% though so you might need to make yours a little different. That is awesome that you are making your own! I would love to see a picture of the finished product:)

Hi. Would be nice if you would show how you oriented the helmet pieces on the build plate. Especially the glasses. Nice video. I liked the end also. Would like if you print out crosshairs helmet too. Good luck. 👍
