Families today are much smaller than they used to be, so it’s no surprise that the total population has decreased. On the other hand, access to services in the area is not an issue at all. As for transportation, you can use ferries, boats, cars, or buses.

Granada is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. However, Valencia has its own charm, and property prices there are much lower than where you currently live. Perhaps, if you prefer to stay in your city, buying a house or apartment in Valencia could be a smart investment, providing you with monthly income while you remain in the place you already know and love.

Summers, on the other hand, tend to be very pleasant, and temperatures typically don’t go above thirty degrees, except on rare days. In the region of Andalusia in southern Spain, you can find drier areas that are beautiful for both their landscapes and architecture, and rich in culture-like Granada. @ no wonder I was sweating while grocery shopping with my wife’s family in Barcelona last year, in August. And, we stayed with one of my wife’s nephews, and he wouldn’t put his AC thermostat lower than 25c (77f) at night, so I had trouble sleeping…was uncomfortably hot for me. At home here in the US (in the state of Virginia-near Washington DC) during the summer (other times when it’s hot/warm outside), I set the thermostat to 20.5c (69f) at night to sleep and keep it at 23-24c (74-75f) during daytime. In the winter it’s set to between 21-23.3c (70-74f)

Hello! There are options for every taste and budget. As you can see, there are properties just 12 minutes from the sea as well. I’m not sure where in the world you're from, but in many cases, that’s the same distance people travel to work, commuting more than an hour round-trip every day.
