I love so much where huge open blue sky shining the land with pine trees around. a lot of activity goings-on which they have active atmosphere. This is here on Santa Monica and Venice beach!! Made me feel so great full and switching to motivated circumstances.
This video for basic Buugeng skill learning drills. each movement has around 60s. Literally you can recreated same movement to extended more variety of it. Just keep it as same principle move. constantly continue to do this will build up for your fundamentals skills.
I hope you get improve the Buugeng!!

If you made a video that was 2 hours long I’d watch it..a lot! Let me tell you what separates you from the rest…All of your moves flow into each other. You never abruptly stop. Even when you go in the complete opposite direction there’s a flow. Amazing

Question: Dou you have "design-suggestions" (how2-paint) that may help ..a visual-learner/beginner". ?
suggestion for paint is choose darker with opposite color, like a Black&White or lighter color with darker color. that will makes more standing visual, of course single color also works;)

be Relax or more hold gentle for Buugeng. that's mean do not hold hard, because you need to keep rotate buugeng while you spin them. I hope you got it;)

Thank you so much! I just received my buugeng - your tutorials are very helpful. I already hoop, practice staff spinning and do some poi - but, as you said in your video, buugeng with its dimensions is new in so many ways - even with very similar movements to the other props.
I love going from spinning poi too these it's like it has opened up more planes then I had with my poi
