Love the bloopers!
Haha I really thought that was the 1st tee for a moment!!!!
I hope Mitch and John are doing good, as are everyone else! I like watching your videos, Mike! - Jake.
The course needed to be made harder for us golfers that had brought the old design "to its knees." Thanks for the update. I'm sure I will be able to provide a detailed bunker review after playing my first round in the spring.
That was perfect. I can only imagine if all the individuals sang as one united voice. Do you think you can make that happen? Enquiring minds want to know.

Tough choice. I'll have to go with #3. Well protected in the front, and challenging to get the ball to a back pin (especially with the middle hump). Still offers plenty of good birdie looks!
With the pins all the way back I still have a tough time hitting it all the way back to the pin. I’ve gotten to where I try to hit it past the pin and most times I still don’t get it there. The worst you can do is hit it short and have that put up over the hump like you said.
I like #10 Green. I have learned over the years that playing up to the left side that even if I come up short I have a better chance to get up and down for par.
Rick Merkle I’ve found unless you can hit the green with either good trajectory or spin, it’s tough to hold. I like your approach. Thank you,
My two cents: I think #8 is an interesting green complex. It is a big green with a bit of a false front especially on the left side. It has a swale done the middle that divides the right and left sides. If you are on one side and the pin is on the other, good luck. On the left side of the green, if you are short of the pin, the break seems to go up the hill toward the Clubhouse. #16 is always challenging. It has the two tiers but on the top tier the breaks are very subtle. Putting from right to left or left to right I keep waiting for it to break to the front. It is always very hard to hold with your approach shot. If #14 weren't hard enough already, the green complex would make it so. A pin position on the front third offers an excellent chance to putt right off the green if the green is quick. The middle third has a lot of undulation and the right side falls off steeply. The flattest part of the green is in the back but it is very hard to hit an approach shot all the way back to a back pin in the narrowest part of the green.
Stay tuned for the rest of the greens. I agree with your thoughts on the greens you mentioned. Out of #3, #1 and #10, which one is your favorite?
@@mhealypga I am going to say #1, a huge green. Putts across the green never seem to break as much toward the front as one would think. The downhill putts front behind any pin position never seem to be as fast as they should be. It seems to be heavily influenced by the "everything breaks toward #13" theory. #1, #8, #2, and to a certain extent, #9 and #10 all seem to favor a move to the 13th hole.
#3 will get Ya

Jay Cos I knew you would have that answer. He was the announcer of Shells Wonderful World of Golf for a number of years. He was also a local TV reporter for some time I think. Not totally sure of his history. Thank you,
Green on #3 is special.
Love getting these. Will look forward to next season to see what else you and the staff will come up with. Thank you for communicating with members. Be well and Merry Christmas to everyone
