@@exdorms i had reflex off when I tested in the range, that might boost ur number for benchmark sake even though it’s better to have it on in game

@ but what about the difference in almost 300 fps that we’re having, is debloated windows actually the case here? Should I really bother reinstalling it the proper way?

@@exdorms it’s possible clean install of windows would increase performance significantly, if u upgraded ur pc and stayed on an old install. Practically though, you’re already getting so much more fps than any monitor is going to really use so it’s up to u

@@riccontrol4051 i wouldn’t suggest getting a 9800x3d if you won’t pair it with a gpu, you might want to get a ryzen 7700f with a gpu for the same price

@@fractalszn nah broski, I saw a video with 7800x3d igpu it was getting 250 ish fps and since 9800x3d is a better cpu it would probably get more fps but unfortunately there no video on yt with 9800x3d igpu.

@@fractalszn AMD-V is named SVM mode in the BIOS either AMD-V or SVM Mode disable it. service won't help much unless its disable from BIOS.

@@shibashisbiswas9960 if your reflex is set to on + boost, that be the issue. MSI afterburner also causes stutters with our cpu

@fractalszn also i get sudden cpu latency spikes, very sudden and changing nvidia reflex doesn't change anything

@@lordfacade u can try reflex to on + boost, but unfortunately the game is cpu bound, gpu doesn’t do much

bro just upgrade to 5700x3D, i'm literally using with 1650, i get almost 500-600fps in competitive.

@@bobalieutenant I was on a laptop before this and these steps helped. Also found that being on windows 10 was better than windows 11 for me

@@fractalszn eh, i think these steps are kinda overkill for me. ill try to implement a few but i dont want to sacrifice that much to gain fps. also cuz i use my laptop for studies too

There's so many videos about this, I recommend watching the optimum tech's video on it because it has input lag graphs

@@sergeantlightning6178 i compared on vs off visually using the in game cpu + gpu latency chart, and it was the exact same for me, 2.1 ms. Perhaps in Valorant for my case is different?

Oh, the charts in game wont really measure end to end latency. It measures the frame times latency. They're two different things one is for an over all system latency from your click to display, one is the time it takes to render and send the frame for display

Basically, the computer cannot measure how long it responds to itself, you need a tool like LDAT

The 1% low tracker doesn’t work for me. I estimate around 500 something

@@fractalszn you need to enable benchmark mode in rivatuner edit: make sure to set hotkeys for starting and stopping the benchmark else it will track the 1 and 0.1 lows of loading screens which is not a useful metric

@@fractalsznI think you have your BIOS optimized as I saw when you opened the task manager in the CPU section. You have 8 logical cores while your CPU has 16, maybe you can show that configuration.
