Tonight We Grill is a youtube channel started in May of 2020. Brandon is the head grill master. Ashley is the videographer. And Juliet, Allie and Apache are the guests every now and then.
Our channel is all about grilling outside and will also feature cooking inside when it is raining during film day, or to show different ways to cook things. For example, we will grill a filet mignon on the grill and another one inside on the stove and compare them.

Own a champ. Very versatile cooker. Tons of grill space for cooking multiple items at once. Adjustable charcoal tray up and down. Love the offset smokers. Easy fire access, good flow through. Yea it leaks a bit but what do u expect at this price point. You can always do a seal mod for dirt cheap. Rust is simply due to lack of maintenance. After initial burn in coat the entire inside and outside with cooking oil. Iron grates too. I use spray on canola but any cooking oil works. Clean off cast iron grates after EVERY cook and reapply thin coat of oil. BTW, I personally use GrillGrates I had custom cut for a previous Char griller. I put them on.top of the iron grates. Works fantastic. Buy and use a cover as well. Every 8-10 cooks I vacuum out the interior and reapply oil. Anytime u see a filthy rusty BBQ its simply due to neglect. I highly recommend the champ. Does many things well. Hey if you want to spend $1000-1200 on a cooker be my guest. But 1) its completely necessary and 2) you better be using it EVERY weekend or you got a lot of money sitting in your backyard doing nothing. Cheers!

Please do not use metal wire brushes, ESPECIALLY not while actively cooking. Look up wire brush bbq in throat!
I used it,but I used a whole big bag of coals,burnt my meat,got too hot,tried smaller amount of coals,cooked like a champ,meat was tender,flavor off the chain,now I cook breakfast lunch and dinner,oh by the way had a griddle,pancakes,bacon,I used wood,coals,now I got two,,if yall see this grill buy it,it is so versital,I use it all the time,easy to assemble.
Do use foil to rest. It ruins the crust with humidity and moisture and is prone to increasing the internal temp by up to 20 degrees. I would encourage all people to not use foil to rest. Unless you’re doing something large like ribs or brisket, but even then, butchers paper is paper.
That’s a pretty good deal. Nice barbecue pit.

Once the thick part is 165 the whole thing is done
For a whole chicken its 180
160 is fully cooked, you won’t get salmonella if it’s like 156 or some shit
165 is good to be safe tho
