What do you mean?
I use it to fast through the day, It helps that way, if your gonna have a big meal followed by a bullet coffee, ufff..
What’s in a bullet coffee exactly?
@@JamesLaughlinOfficial coffee generally gives you that caffine rush but it crashes in a quick burst. I use home made clarified butter, one spoonful for a large coffee. This ensures two things, you wont feel like eating anything for 4-5 hours while the energy is sustained for long duration. Helps with fasting until evening for me.
"Kindness is unconquerable, so long as it is without flattery or hypocrisy. For what can the most insolent man do to you, if you contrive to be kind to him." Marcus Aurelius the last of the great Roman emperors
Thanks JDM. Marcus was one of the greats. What are your fave stoic books??
Kind💯💯
Thanks for your kindness by leaving a comment!!!
@12:10 as a professional barista, i recommend trying weaker black coffee to begin with in order to get used to it. It's more palatable when weak.
Ok cool! I’ll give that a crack. Do you think organic coffee is the way to go?
if you ask chatGPT to design an advanced fission reactor it would melt the vessel material
Why’s that Samuel?
@@JamesLaughlinOfficial it knew enough to go molten salt fueled but it used chloride salt's max temps (~750c) when proposing to use FliBe salt (~450c max). clean up is easy tho with no water anywhere near the core so meh, it helps when things don't explode..
Samuel - your IQ is significantly higher than mine.
This is obviously a brainwashed liberal.
Thanks Faith - what exactly do you mean that he’s a brainwashed liberal?
Please explain how I’m supposed to know how you want to be treated ?
Hi Brian - I’d think Gary is suggesting that you ask people. And his whyOS is pretty powerful. How do you think people should be treated?
No sense at all
Which part makes no sense?
Stupid
Thanks Jim 🙏 which part?
Great tips sir
Thanks 🙏 I love the name of your channel!!
all black iare average.... the all blacks are very average, it is not enough to look good at the haka to win matches
9.90 per month is expensive😢
I’d say it’s good value!!
Why is Coffee OK when Coffee beans are roasted with butter or sugar until its caramalised?
Are they really? ☕️
Thanks for your tips James
Any time! I’m delighted you enjoyed them. Where in the world are you based?
You are right
Have you read her book? 📕
Good
She’s one of the best in the world
John Key was not stupid, he was weak. Jacinda was and is stupid. They both anti nonmaori NZ ers he signed and she supported he pua pua ( he poo poo).
I have been on very successful intermittent fasting for a year. It was mainly to cure my pre-diabetic diagnosis, but it has also helped with fat/weight loss. Medical studies actually prove that pure Stevia, Monkfruit or Erythritol DO NOT have any affect on blood glucose or insulin levels. One study even indicated that pure Stevia has a POSITIVE influence for diabetics. Having these natural sweeteners are very helpful in maintaining the intermittent fasting routine. I am a little disappointed in this podcast that ALL sweeteners were put into one category. Hope this information is helpful.
This is very very helpful!! Thank you Do you have any suggested reading on this?
What the hell will he be remembered for........Nothing.
Not a fan of JK? Who has been your fave PM ?
I just completed a year. I do drink the zero beers, so shows how strong the habit side is. But, no hangovers and much clearer mind
Well done! What was your motivation to stop?
Shame on you David Seymour. Shame on your Tupuna shame shame on your parents. You’re a liar you’re a liar
What’s the one question you’d like me to ask him next time he’s on the show?
Māori have been too generous for too long
Melanie thanks so much for your comment. What did you think of his statement outside parliament yesterday?
You are a waste of time What makes your opinion of the treaty correct. It’s not
🙏
Chris, you have some skills and thanks, but. Your lack of respect for nonmaori nzers is miserable and bad for NZ IMO. Get rid of the now racist and divisive Treaty it is a roadblock to the potentially unlimited NZ future. A nearly 200year constantly reinterpreted mess should not wreck the future. You promised Maori names would go, non have! You were voted to reverse the economic mess and race mess caused by ardern, do it. One person one vote, all equal under the law. Please. In negotiations with maori and the crown nobody represents nonmaori. This is dangerously unfair!
Ken - I hugely appreciate you input and view point. What’s the one question you’d like me to ask him next time?
WHY IS NZ IN DEBT 70 BILLION DOLLARS
Great question! What do you think the answer is?
WHY IS YOUR BOSS WHEELING AND DEALING WITH A DICTATOR FROM CHINA the rocket man
Clyde - good question. Do you think it would be better that we don’t have a relationship with China? 🇨🇳
Sided with Te Pati Maori over his voters, and over the majority of the country, because of a bit of bullying from tvnz
What do you think his final viewpoint will be? It’s a very interesting time in NZs history
@JamesLaughlinOfficial I think he'll find he loses more voters to Act than he gains from Labour with this move, he'll probably settle somewhere between where the polls and the 6pm news tell him to on this particular issue!
You might be absolutely spot on!!
My mum said, if you can't say nothing nice, don't say nothin' at all. Yeah, nah...I heard the Prime Minister on a podcast with what sounded like a 10 year old. They were doing multiplication. The kid got all his questions right. Mr Luxton didn't. He could go to the learn how to run a country school, It'd be a step in the right direction
You’re onto it! If you go to the end of this interview you will see my 8 year old interview him.
Give me your contact info please
Do you know about video SEO?
Only a little bit. Could you drop some wisdom in the comments for me?
@JamesLaughlinOfficial yes
Go for it
Your greatest achievement was taxcuts and deregulation for landlords.. Zero delivery of downward pressure on rents.. All taxcuts didn't need to be given, and adding to unemployment is not growing our economy.. Self enrichment from poor policy leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
Fair points Adrian. What's the one question you'd like me to ask him next time?
@JamesLaughlinOfficial Roads with tolls is ridiculous,we are not Australia, and we do not receive Australian wages.. We pay a dollar more at the petrol pump than Australians, yet our currency is 5-7 cents less.. We pay exported prices for products that fail exporting protocols or are made locally, e.g, lamb, cheese ,.. We pay the highest prices for the internet and entertainment platforms in the world. The cost of living is high because of the effects from covid and high inflation, but strategically, giving taxcuts for landlords and taxcuts in general during a time of fiscal spending was not the correct move. Also, knowing Luxon benefited directly from these poor ideas does not sit well with my moral compass.Cutting social programs that help working families and cutting school lunches was another cost that is not covered by the taxcuts given to working families. This is their 1st year in power, and they need to stop projecting their failures on to Labour.. You could have kept the public servants if you didn't do the taxcuts in my view.. More money in the economy helps small businesses stay a float, and so many small businesses are closing or feeling the pinch because money is a lot tighter due to high unemployment and their poor policies..
I need you at the next interview I think!!!
@JamesLaughlinOfficial Someone asked me once ,what do you think we can do with our current system of capitalism to make it better, and I said "Capitalism and Socialism both have good and bad qualities for the majority of people, if we take the good qualities from both systems, I think we could make a beneficial system for everyone!" We already have incorporated socialism in our society e.g Public health systems, public housing, etc,and these help a majority of our citizens, but to have these social programs everyone will need to be taxed accordingly and that means the ultra wealthy as well.. The problem with Capitalism is the people with the most capital control the government and they make policies to benefit the wealthy with taxcuts . Then you don't have money for infrastructure, education, health systems etc Majority of the world has become an aging population because it is to hard for the working class to pay for the cost of living as well as 2 and a half children in our modern society ! ( 2 and a half children is needed to cover the parents and the half is just incase of an accident). New Zealand is a small fish compared to the world and we could sustain ourselves if necessary. Choosing the right leader who is not corrupted and truly wants to help the majority of kiwis is paramount!🤔
@JamesLaughlinOfficial Obviously, with socialism it won't work when you have a dictatorship because the only way to hold a leader accountable is the democratic process of voting . Getting back to having a leader who is not corrupt and actually cares about the majority is paramount,we have a leader of a declining great power who is known for corruption and sexual assault and has the power of all 3 bodies of government, judicial ,legislative and now executive. Quite interesting times. 🤔
How can I contact with you?
May I ask what it is regarding?
🖤🤍❤️ MĀORI ON TOP. AOTEAROA IS OUR LAND NOT YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!
Kia Ora Jessie - thanks for your message. I have invited Te Pati Māori leaders on the show too.
Great interview James. Your made for this stuff! Have alot of respect for Chris - as PM he lives in a fishbowl, but chooses too. Easy to be crictical of him but to be honest at this time we need a National led Govt as the previous govt has put me and my / your kids in years of debt that we ALL will need to pay off. Well done, James and PM.
Thanks 🙏 When I interview him again, what question would you like me to ask him?
AI is magnificent and might have high IQ but it can never discern the way a human can......
True!
Simon is a legend
Agreed
Hi are you looking for a professional RUclips thumbnail designer or video SEO expert?
Possibly. What are you suggesting?
Watching this while drinking a beer
😂 the irony isn’t lost on me. 👏
He is not even a politician, He's a businessman and know F all about politics. How Long has he been in politics?.....3 years? and he only went into politics to get rid of Collins as head of the National party, which that other dickhead John Key put him forward to do. National is the reason this country is so screwed but Labour didn't help this country either. Both parties are worse than each other with the lies.
Kris - I’d say there’s a lot of kiwis that would agree with you. Who do you think would be the best leader today?
@@JamesLaughlinOfficial i think David Seymour would do an O.K. job in todays world
Have you checked out the most recent interview I did with Seymour?
He’s a really personable guy, really can’t understand the flak he gets. It’s unfortunate that he’s become the PM at such a difficult time in NZ which is why is taking the hit for all the difficult decisions. Hats off to him for that.
Many would agree with you. What question would you like me to ask him next time?
- How is Christopher Luxon different from the Prime Minister of New Zealand. - On the back of Snowden’s talk at Token Singapore, where he suggests intelligence powers being used for things that aren’t related to terrorism but just to exercise wider control of the public. It is obviously dangerous. Given NZ has no laws on monitoring and surveillance, how can NZers be sure that NZ’s intelligence agencies have the right judgement to use the enormous powers they have. They report directly to the PM, how does he ensure the right guardrails are put in place for them?
- What is the difference between Christopher Luxon and Christopher Luxon the PM? - On the back of Snowden’s Token 2023, where he talks about intelligence agencies potentially using their considerable powers for things completely unrelated to security or terror threats to exercise wider control over society. What is his view on ensuring there are sufficient guardrails in place for the GCSB and the NZSIS not misusing their powers against the NZ people for wider societal control and censorship? It’s funny I thought I’d written this comment earlier and it got deleted, so maybe this is an important question to ask 😅

When to get rid of maori on street signs etc.Seymour did not start this, ardern did. Why she did it , I dont know but she seems to have been handsomely paid for selling NZ out.
Ken, thanks for that. Do you think Jacinda set some others up to fail?
Hes a coward. Back the bill Luxon.
What makes you feel he should back the bill?
@@JamesLaughlinOfficial Because there is only one true race and that's the Human Race. Maori have settlements in regards to property rights which is fair. Otherwise we are one country one people regardless of ancestry. Anything else is racist.
Luxon only picks soft interviews. He refuses to go on the Platform even though it has a massive listener base.
Feedback accepted. It probably was a bit on the softer side. I tend to like to let people speak and not interject, however with politicians I can see why you feel I should be more direct.
No kidding hes not a career politician. If he was, he would have been able to read the room and not insult his voter base by being a coward and not backing the Seymour's bill.
Many would absolutely agree. Do you think there’s an EQ deficit or an integrity deficit?
hes not a conventional political since but you gotta give him a chance to improve the country. It makes sense he dislikes many legacy mainstream media considering it doesn't seek to find objective facts rather advocate their own agenda
Totally understand where you’re coming from. I’ve been told I should be more direct in interviews but I prefer to listen and learn. What question should I ask him next time?
