I have an RP-4000 MK2 which I come to learn uses the same direct-drive system. Some records are heavier like the 12"s and make the platter stop if i mess with the record. I didnt know if it had something to do with me but I didn't think it was the turntable. The motor speed is a little inconsistent as well though that could be for a multitude of reasons. Only the more expensive turntables like PLX-1000 or Reloop 7000 MK2 have more torque but the slipmat could also be causing this.

Hearing him teach today and contrasting it with this, his focus has really changed he has matured.

This is most likely due to the fact that Reloop use the same body for the RP4000. The 2000 doesn't have the torque adjustment as well as fhe break adjust that the 4000s do.

The left is bent towards Carter, because no one else's but Carter's arm is holding on to it in the video I just saw in slow motion. That's how the elbow got near Carter or maybe hit her, which is part of the game (if not intended). With that said, Carter should have not grabbed CC's left (maybe it's a natural reflex when falling backwards or preventing someone to get to the ball with both hands).
