to be honest, banana smoothie is hard for me to swallow! i don't take banana smoothie, banana cakes etc. I only eat it purely when i peel it. But thanks for the video.
😊 Totally understand. There are some Who can't take any type of vegetable smoothies. The good thing is that you can choose other items like mango, watermelon, apples or grapes.
