So good to have somebody with INNER drooping explaining it! I have the same problem and none of the usual make up hacks could help me. So I did it exacly like shown here (with a light brown cream make up because powder leads to allergic reactions of my eyes): Just needed that confirmation!! <3

Make sure the colours you use are matte, not shiny. That also makes the hooded eyes look worse.

You must have some false eyelashes at the end. It doesn't look like when you´re done and before the last shot. I don't mean it's something wrong! Just so i know which mascara to buy cuz if that isn't false eyelashes - i'm gonna buy that mascara! =D
