Excellent, I really enjoyed radio taiso from South Africa 💖

I am so lucky I found this, I use to do ashtanga yoga almost every day, until one day my body couldn't do it , it was to strong for me. I moved on to zumba, but this was again too strong for every day and I do it every to to three day. And once I found this I included in my daily routine plus a few minutes of hula hoop and my body is awaken and ready for the day :)

I am a B-Kyu Gurume, and I love it!

I recently fell down the rabbit hole of Kabuki, knowing very little about it, but I've come to appreciate the discipline and artistry involved. This video should have a lot more views than it has because this is a nice, fun taste of kabuki that's really enjoyable. I especially got a kick out of the corona plushies in the beginning. Thank you to everyone involved.

I've seen this lion dance before. I don't recall the context, but it's part of a larger Kabuki performance.
