I just installed these and have some tips At the 3:39 point he says “reinstall the plastic cover”. Don’t do that yet. Install the “male part of the hinge” first and make sure everything lines up…then undo the bolts, remove the male part of the hinge, reinstall the cover, and put the male part of the hinge back on. Trust me it’s way easier The second issue I ran into is this: Check and make sure your hinges can mate properly. Mine didn’t….not even close. I found this out after mounting the hinges to the door. There was a ton of powder coat inside all the female part of the hinge. My hinge pins were larger than the holes. I took a drill and drilled the overspray out. Don’t mount your hinges to the doors until you’re sure they’ll fit 3rd issue is the door latches. One of mine has a clear plastic cover over the part that interfaces with the striker rendering the assembly inoperative. I still have to figure out a way to remove that…so check your doors. My passenger door didn’t have that and it works great. 4th issue is there’s another bracket that isn’t mentioned that mounts under the seat and connects to the assembly with the “male part of the hinge”. I haven’t done that yet and the written directions are wonky. 5th issue is the bolts for the door skin weren’t tightened down…no big deal, just make sure they’re tight. I’m not trying to beat up on the product because the doors are really nice, I’m just trying to save folks some time on the install.
The oem bolts to discard are perfect for filling the holes left where the clip brackets are for where the netting used to be. Thanks for the video!
Hi! I have the Ranger SP 570 Premium 2023. I have plastic all around the area where the back section of the Rock Slider attaches. Does the skid plate have to removed partially? Or Cut?
Hello, We no longer have our plastic skid plate on our vehicle for reference since we fitted our alloy one on the bike. It is possible that the plastic skid plate would need to be trimmed. Hello, I bought just the rear doors to keep kids safe. The bracket you mentioned coming out of the front doors kit was not included. So that means the rear doors WONT be able to be installed??? What the heck??

Yes, this bumper is compatible as long as you have the OEM lower bumper attached.

@rivalpowersportsusa yes the rear hard box. I have a 2024 800xc and everyone is telling me the hard box is unavailable in the USA.
So my confusion is 10,000$ for the bike, then another 5000$ for lift, snorkel, suspension, good tires, lobor to install????? One should just buy a can am 1000 already built with a quality engine that will last. Right?
I thought so til I got the cfmoto 1000 By the time I added what I got with my 1000 onto the can am it was over 20k. Love it !
