Lab diamonds are physically the same weight as natural.
I'm sure it will if the lab diamonds are set in the right way on a real tennis chain. TraxNYC explained it before. You could hopefully find his video of it.

The full band is better looking but of course the receding band is cheaper. So up to you of course and appreciate the comment
