This is a collection of astrophotos that I took in 2019 and 2020. All photos were taken with a Nikon D750 DSLR. Milky Way photos were taken with the camera mounted on a star tracker. Star trail photos were taken with the camera mounted on a stationary tripod. The moon, star clusters and the Andromeda galaxy were taken with the camera mounted on a Celestron 8" Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope. Almos...

Where can I buy dark sky approved solar lighting for our neighborhood park? Not pathway....but on pole. Thanks
Thank you for reaching out about this. We recommend Paul's Ace Hardware next to Basha's. Let them know that you're looking for something Dark Sky compliant (shielded, under 3000K).
why is it still so impossible for Science to believe that these people were telling the truth that they were handed down Knowledge from the Gods an Extraterrestrial Race who came to Earth in the distant past ( it was a prophecy of a return by Viracucha / Horus ? the end of days of waiting !! ) thanks love your video 😊
I have been reading The Lost Realms a very interesting Book by Zecharia Sitchen which uses Archeoastronomy as credible Reference , I would highly recommend it as serious reading for anyone interested in this subject . I have really enjoyed this video Thank you !!!
Vicky, For some unknown reason, the calendar system used by Mayans and the periods they were tracking is nearly identical to the astronomical almanac/calendar system that was concealed within the geometry/dimensions of the Ark of the Covenant. It has remained hidden/concealed for a very, very long time and within 6 months of today's date of 7/21/2023, everyone will know and be astonished. It is the Arks Volume(5.625) and total surface area(19.5) that produce the base astronomical constants, they must be run in pairs and then multiplied 1,2,3,4,5........, i ran them in vertical columns to produce the calendar. As an example 6*19.5=117, 30*19.5=585,36*19.5=702 40*19.4=780, 40*5.625=225, 42*5.625=236.25(four lunar months), 56*19.5=1092 days or 364*3, 120*19.5=2340 days. The Ark system tracks all the main luminaries with periods that look like it was drafted from a Mayan codex, it's that similar. i gave random figures, but when the system is played out chronologically its very obvious that what you're looking at is an astronomical almanac/calendar.
Just came here looking for an answer, wondering why are there so many ultra violet lights on the streets of the U.S.
Hi, Doriann. Actually, no street light in any place is ultraviolet. Ultraviolet is great for illuminating things that glow in the dark, such as scorpions and your white clothing when you go to a party, but it's useless and harmful for everyday lighting. Every city chooses what lights they will use for lighting the streets, and they have many options. Cities that are making an effort to mitigate light pollution are choosing warmer-colored lights that are less harsh on your eyes. And more efforts are being made to shield the lights from spilling into areas that don't need to be lit. Thanks for reaching out.
Well done Tony. Looking forward to more info on the Webb telescope when it’s operational. Great history on Hubble and all the discoveries it has presented.
Outstanding presentation! Enjoyed learning about the impact of light pollution on bats. Thank you!
It's our pleasure!
