Hey, was this necessary? For this type of kayak?
I had to install something to anchor when current is strong. But didn’t like anchor specifically when you got a fish on the line. It works good with a mud pole for me.
@STX Red Hunter thanks! Because I find myself very comfortable with seat swiveling 360ﾟ. Also I feel like if you have installed something in the back of a kayak it's very accessible for you to reach.
Yeah i love the 360 seat myself. I use the mud pole and about 10 ft of line and position trolley depending on wind , so nothing in the way when casting, great little kayak though . I have a 2.5 mercury on mine.
