Yes the pitcher pump fake the throw and she quickly turned around and the runner still tried to advance which forfeits the pump fake…..

​@@Sports-jm7ic and once the look back rule was off because the pitcher did the pump fake, it resets the runners rights. Even though the pitcher did bring the ball down and held it, the runner now has the right to attempt to advance, 1 stop and the choice to either continue to advance or return back to the original base.

@@richardbeals1403 you are 100% correct. Once the picture made the move, it turns off the look back rule and the runner may then advance at their own risk.
