if you want the tl;dr of who these guys are supposed to be, they're both alternate universe rambley varients!! in order that they appear: rambley, twimbly and ranglore. his long-lost brothers if you will
twimbly's design is based off of game theory's indigo park chpt 1 thumbnail, in which they made his eyes red an accidentally gave him eyelashes. also he is EVIL
ranglore is based off of the 'hidden' test video found in early access indigo builds called 'lore.mp4'. it features a prototype rambley design, that of which ranglore's design is trying to pay homage to.
