My dad just bought one to save money, gas costs for 300km about 30-50 bucks depending on the car but electric costs 12 bucks for the same distance, with that the costs of road tax are less than half that of ice cars. First big investment but from that point on you’re saving about 250 each month so it pays back over time and even if it didn’t you had to ability to save or spend the 250 extra on other things

What never made sense to me was kids in high school being given 25k+ cars or any car for that matter. First off, your lucky af. My parents laughed in my face when I asked them for a 2k car. I used to ride my motorcycle like this until i got reality checked ( my family and i are quite poor) they were the ones who had to pay for my carelessness and they also spent time getting me out of the police station i wasted so much of their time lucky i only hit a car and the damages are minimum and nobody was seriously hurt still i feel terrible for my family they already have alot on their plate...

Kids, please trust me when I say be careful on public roads. I get it, it's fun, it gets your adrenaline flowing, but I swear it's not worth it. I haven't lost any friends or anything, but I did watch someone die right in front of me once and it taught me a valuable lesson. We were racing on a backroad near Athens Tennessee, he went into a corner way too quick and ran straight into a tree. It's just not worth the rush you get from it. Wouldn't you rather have your life? Reserve a spot on a track, save yourself and possibly a family.
