To take care of your succulent- make sure it gets good light exposure (maybe a south facing window) and avoid watering it too frequently, since that can actually cause the roots to rot. In general it’s good to keep it in a pot with drainage holes and to water only when the potting mix is fully dry. Good luck and happy new year!

Gibi, if you think that a found family made up of close friends can't be like a "real" family, it's because you, personally, individually, were lucky enough to be born into a good family dynamic. You didn't _need_ to find a family because you were dealt a good hand. Many people are dealt far worse hands - particularly people with abusive parents, or queer people with homophobic parents - and for them, family is something you _have_ to seek out and build yourself, and that happens to be people they're not legally or genetically related to. Consider that your personal experiences and feelings are not a good basis for sweeping generalizations about the definition of family.

the fact that the story Gibi came up with on the spot about the christmas pig followed the plot "protagonist runs away from their problems, protagonist is stupid, protagonist gets killed in a horrible and ironic way because they were stupid" kinda makes me think that Fazbear Frights is rubbing off on him 😭 and then he turned the entire Sammy story into one long dad joke. the 40 winks pun was an instakill. I'm pausing it as I go along so I'm not behind (restarted opening the windows and then closing them) but yes. I saw this black mass that was just watching me. I couldn't see any eyes, but I was aware it has them. It was content with watching me, and I don't think it had any intent to do anything else. It's head wasn't touching the ceiling, but it was close to it. It stayed a couple feet away from me in each room, but always in a doorway. Even on the landing, it was in a doorway opposite me. I really hope you still believe in this Eric. - That was fun! I wonder if you were both to do these tests now, how it would go? Maybe, pretty please when Eric's back in a months time you could both try it - and it can be a spooky halloween episode? 😍 please please?

I recently sold a bunch of rare Star Wars minifigures for almost nothing because the day was too hot and I didn't want to bother researching their value but desperately wanted to free up space. They were Shaak Ti, Ayla Secura and some astromechs (brown, fully black and the old version of R2-D2 with only half if the dome painted). I got yelled at in the dms of the site by some guy for being an idiot to just sell these for like 9 bucks. I don't regret it much but it is funny how a similar story just came up in the podcast

my actual LAST comment: about the jk rowling thing and her opinions about letting trans women in _womens_ spaces, i agree, it definitely poses a negatively detrimental threat to the safety and automuny of _women_ by ppl who mostly are reveling in autogynophelia, and are not actually trans or suffering from gender dysphoria. i am NOT against trans ppl, i am against society accommodating ppl that get their rocks off from antagonizing others with their fetishes, and no one being able to do anything about it bc of our collective empathy has been weaponized by pro social psychopaths, and that negative behaviour of a few affecting public perception of trans ppl overall, and it is definitely is doing that. another thing i have against this bias ppl or places have against women over trans women can more or less be summed up by emma thomspon's reaction to arnold schwartzenegger using her eggs to inseminate himself in the movie JUNIOR: i wish i could quote her verbatim, but to summarize she was outraged and claimed the only reason a man would want to get pregnant, is to take the only power women in life away from us.

i like a nice big mound of icing on my cup cake, but how i eat it is i tear the bottom off the cake part, so the icing has something a little bit of cake underneath it; i eat the bottom part first then the part with the icing.
