Motivation - Toughest Sport In The World - Bodybuilding
The hardest sport in the world, bodybuilding. Where you have to performe at a 100% on a calorie dephosit. There is something you dont have to do in another sport. If you are an MMA, boxing, fotball you have to train hard but you get to refuel after each session. The thing about bodybuilding, you sometimes have to train 2-3 times a day, but each day the calorie intake gets lower and lower. So the body is starving for fuel. And you have to spend more of it that you dont have. It's all mental, ALL MENTAL. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro.

it is .. chess is a sport too and it consist on sitting all day long and just moving piece of wood on a platform but i require a lot of focus and concentration you need your brain to work at 100% .. same for eSport
