Motivation Train Local Mechanics in Kenya to Repair Wheelchairs
We recently provided wheelchair repair training to local mechanics, hosted by AIC Kajiado in Kenya.
During a follow-up session, we caught up with Peterson, a mechanic from WA Maria Cycle Mart who had completed the training. Traditionally skilled in repairing bicycles and motorcycles, he now uses his expertise to repair wheelchairs, using the tools we provided as part of the training.
Our wheelchairs are designed to withstand challenging terrain, but like all mechanical products, they do need regular maintenance.
