@@touavlogs So if i do get that form or the bill of sale signed over to me will only one person have to sign it since i have the title and if so who will that one person be? The person i bought it from or the person they bought it from?

If the guy that sold to you never signed anything or fill out the title then you can just fill it out like as if you bought it from original owner and no need for the forms. But if the guy that sold to you filled out the title and never registered then you need to have him fill out that form to you

@@touavlogs Ok thank you last question the title isn’t in the sellers name that signed the certificate of title by owner so even after i get the bill of sale from the seller and sign it will everything be ok and ready to register if the bill of sale works?
