clearly an ignition issue. i'd start by load testing the pack. should have around 200v steady on primary leads connected to coils when idling, and load testing the pack with a stevens st-77 load adapter should be 175v cranking.

I would recommend draining the hydraulic oil and cleaning the suction screen. When you drain the oil, you'll see if it's clean enough to reuse or not. If the screen is plugged, the pump is cavitating which is not good for it. Good luck!
