Thank you for posting! Man, I am hungry now! Where did you get that cooking pad for the grill? Besides having CD, I also get muscle spasms from eating rice. I've read some of the posts and see that some of you cannot eat or afford store bought bread. For those of you who can't, I have made these biscuits (below) and use them as buns, and all my gluten eating friends say they are as good as the ones they make with gluten flour. I make them a little differently by adding a whole stick of cold butter instead of 6 TBLS, and I use 2 eggs instead of one. I put my large cast iron skillet, and 1 TBL of butter into my preheated oven, for about 5 minutes. I take out the skillet and plop the batter into the size I want and bake until I no longer see any bubbling butter on top. About 20 minutes.
