Great video demonstrating the brake test. This is exactly how we do it. One suggestion: for today's audience, you might clip the two longer waits in the build-up from 50 to 90 (4:40-6:20), and 90 to unload (7:00-7:45) and insert an overlay of text saying "45 seconds later" or something similar. This would shave over 2 minutes from the video. When leaving the cab, we teach the three points of contact as you mentioned, but have the student face the cab interior on the way down the steps--we think it reduces the chance of a slip and fall.
