Is this good for heel pain as well?
Hello doctor. Took a fall twice and hit the ground. While falling, as an instant reaction, i took my hand out and landed on my elbow. This happened in February 2024 and now it is November 2024. I still feel weakness and mild pain in my shoulder. Xrays show normal signs. Have been doing the routine physiotherapy for a while but it isn't helping much. Can you please help?
Dood, click bait…
My chiropractor did the same for my upper back and neck pain 😢
Heyyy i was pinned to the ground by a friend, and i felt super painful when i tried to throw a hook, my shoulder like screaming in pain.. is this the same rotator pain ?
And if you go ti the doctor here thats 5k for just an evaluation medical assistance in the us is a joke
Totally understand the frustration! The high costs for medical services are unbelievable here, but that's actually what makes options like chiropractic care so refreshing. You get quality care without breaking the bank - definitely not in the same price range as those sky-high doctor visits!
Iam suffering from rotator cuff tear,...Can I do work outs like weight lifting, strengthen ropes
Thanks for reaching out! If you're dealing with a rotator cuff tear, it’s essential to be cautious with workouts like weight lifting and ropes. While some light strengthening exercises can support recovery, too much strain can worsen the injury. Consider focusing on gentle resistance exercises recommended by a chiropractor to improve shoulder stability and strength safely. Consulting with a healthcare provider or chiropractor is always a great first step for a tailored recovery plan!
What about breathing an bracing
Great question! Breathing and bracing are very important factors when it comes to low back stabilization. Here is a video that goes a bit more in depth ruclips.net/video/BkoWkfQ2_dY/видео.html
Very very interesting that I've never heard about this. Most likely not available in my country or just a fake version. Sadly most supplements in my country never get tested. Thank you for the good video😊
You're welcome! Thanks for watching!
Damn, I need that in my left foot too. I always feel pain in the exact spot.
Get adjusted! Our office is located in Lake Bluff Illinois!
I’ve been disabled from severe hip, left buttock, low back, ankle, foot and toe pain since 23. I’ve been telling drs since then now 45 that it’s coming from my foot/ankle. They don’t want to listen and I just had a hip surgery for nothing didn’t help pain at all. My arch my whole ankle really feels like it’s collapsed inward. I stuff my shoe in the arch and so much of the pain goes down. Why can’t I find a Dr to help me I don’t understand. It’s the back and inner part of ankle that needs adjusting. I constantly slammed my ankle backwards into my bed and it pops. I get seconds of relief but then I can feel it falls out again ugh. And when I press my ankle against the floor backwards it slides out.
I'm so sorry to hear about the pain you've been dealing with for so long-it sounds incredibly frustrating. It's tough when you feel like you're not being heard, especially when you've been advocating for yourself for so many years. From what you describe, it really sounds like there could be a structural issue in your ankle or foot that hasn't been fully addressed. If your ankle feels like it's collapsing inward and you're getting temporary relief from pressing or popping it, you might benefit from seeing a specialist who focuses on foot and ankle biomechanics or a chiropractor with experience in extremity adjustments. Have you tried working with someone who specializes in that area? I truly hope you're able to find the right care soon. You deserve to feel better!
Thankyou!
You are welcome!
5:07 A physical therapist told me about the tennis ball rub and doing that alone got rid of my plantar fasciitis after years of pain despite frequent calf stretching. I'm addicted to it now and keep one by the couch as well as my bed! 😄❤I haven't risked walking barefoot since the PF first started, so I'm hopeful adding calf stretches again and trying these strengthening exercises will forestall any pain despite my longterm recovery. Thanks for the video!
That's fantastic! It’s amazing how such a simple technique can bring so much relief, especially after years of trying other methods. Keeping that tennis ball handy sounds like a great routine, and it’s awesome that you're looking to incorporate calf stretches and strengthening exercises too. It’s smart to take precautions like avoiding walking barefoot-every little step helps with long-term recovery. Wishing you continued success on your pain-free journey! Thanks for sharing your story!
Stretching my calves never helped nee personally with this, but rubbing my arches against a tennis ball before standing keeps me pain-free now after literally years of suffering. Hallelujah!
That's awesome to hear! It’s incredible how something as simple as using a tennis ball on your arches can make such a difference. Everyone’s body responds differently, and it’s all about finding what works for you. Glad to hear you're pain-free after so long! Keep up the great work!

Sir i have very difficulty in lifting my arm front and pain in lateral head of shoulder.Sir please tell from what i am suffering.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this pain. Unfortunately, it's hard to say exactly what you're suffering from without a proper examination. Difficulty lifting your arm and pain in the lateral head of the shoulder could be related to several conditions, such as a rotator cuff injury, tendonitis, or even impingement. I recommend visiting a healthcare professional or specialist who can evaluate your shoulder and provide an accurate diagnosis. That way, you'll know the best course of action for treatment and recovery.
@@Mc2.health Thanks for your response.
Hi Dr. Scammer!
No scams here, but thanks for watching!
So what type of exercises should I to help heal it? I play tennis and my serve takes like all of my power to do and I started having shoulder pain like this in my left shoulder about 2 1/2 years ago but I ignored it because I didn’t want to quit. Now however even the slightest movement hurts and I don’t want to have shoulder problems so I’m taking a break. I’m using ice on my shoulder so I’m just missing exercises to help heal my injury
It's great that you're taking a break and icing your shoulder. As for exercises, it really depends on what tissue in your shoulder is injured. Without knowing whether it's a tendon, muscle, or joint issue, it's hard to recommend specific exercises. I highly recommend seeing a specialist in your area for an examination. They can assess your shoulder and give you a proper diagnosis, which will guide the right exercises for healing and prevent further damage. Taking this step will help you get back to tennis stronger and safer!
How often should you do this daily or week
You can do it 1-3 times a week! It depends on how hard you train, and if you are fully recovered! I recommend beginners starting at one day per week, and I they start to adapt, start adding in more!
Nice
Thanks for watching!
Did test - don’t feel it… 2 sec after test - ow ow ow
Thanks for watching! let me know if you have any questions!
What is an “adjustment” and what exactly is it doing? What condition is it treating?
Great question! A chiropractic adjustment involves applying a controlled force to a joint that’s restricted or misaligned. This can help restore normal joint function, but on a deeper level, it also influences several cellular and neurological mechanisms. When a joint is misaligned or not moving properly, it can cause mechanical stress and inflammation in surrounding tissues. Adjustments help realign the joint, which reduces local inflammation by affecting pro-inflammatory cytokines like TNF-α and IL-6. This can promote healing and reduce pain. On a neurological level, adjustments stimulate mechanoreceptors in the joint, which send signals to the brain that inhibit pain signals from nociceptors (pain receptors). This process, called afferent input modulation, helps the body regulate pain and improve function. Adjustments may also affect the autonomic nervous system, helping to reduce muscle tension and improve blood flow to the affected area. Chiropractic adjustments are commonly used to treat conditions such as: Sciatica: By reducing pressure on the sciatic nerve, adjustments can relieve pain radiating down the leg. Cervicogenic Headaches: Adjustments help realign the cervical spine, reducing nerve irritation and muscle tension that contribute to these headaches. Facet Joint Syndrome: Adjustments target stiff or misaligned facet joints in the spine, helping reduce localized pain and improve range of motion. Disc Herniations: While adjustments don’t "fix" a herniated disc, they can relieve pressure on the surrounding nerves, reducing pain and improving mobility. In essence, chiropractic adjustments help reset joint function, reduce inflammation, and recalibrate the nervous system for better pain management and healing at both the cellular and structural levels.
@@Mc2.health How do you know if a joint is restricted or misaligned, and how can you be sure that the force you’re applying is actually affecting the intended joint?
I wish i lived close by you! I got dragged by a car about 16 years ago. I've seen a handful of chiropractors they all did not think i could fix this problem.
Wow, I’m really sorry to hear about what you went through! That sounds like an incredibly tough experience. It’s frustrating when you’ve seen several chiropractors and still don’t have a solution. While I can’t assess your specific case without a thorough evaluation, I believe there’s always room to explore different approaches to healing. If you ever find a chiropractor or physical therapist with a fresh perspective, it could make a big difference. Don’t give up-there are always ways to improve mobility and quality of life!

I have a right shoulder injury for around a year Very hard to find a good doctor here where I live I consulted with an orthopaedic doctor twice they don’t specify my problem, just gives medicine I don’t take pills My shoulder makes some cracking sound when I’m doing pendulum movements I used to bench press 80 kg Shoulder press 70 kg easily But now I can’t even hold my phone for too long can’t hold on something Even stretching hurts the upper back of my shoulder I’ll be turning 20 this year How can I fix it?
Sorry to hear about your shoulder injury! Based on what you're describing, it sounds like there might be an issue with your rotator cuff or a shoulder impingement, especially with the cracking sound and difficulty holding objects. Since it’s been a year, I’d suggest focusing on rest and gentle shoulder mobility exercises like pendulum swings (without pushing through pain). If possible, try to find a good MSK practitioner who can help guide you with proper rehab exercises. Also, getting an MRI could provide more insight into what's going on. Take it slow, and avoid any heavy lifting or movements that make it worse. Stay strong-you’ll get through this!
@@Mc2.health Thanks doctor Does cold plunges make it better? And should I be swimming?
@@AlExAnDeRThEoDoRuS Cold plunges can definitely improve pain tolerance, so it wouldn't hurt anything. Cold plunge can be dangerous, so do not perform if alone and follow precaution. Swimming would be great resistance training for the shoulder, but don't do anything that is painful. If you find some swimming strokes are not painful relative to others, stick to those!
I’m struggling to be able to complete one push up after an injury I suffered last week. I can usually do 50 plus without stopping. Is this likely to be a rotator cuff issue?
I'm sorry to hear about your injury! Since you're usually able to do 50+ push-ups without stopping and now struggling to complete one, it's possible that you might have injured your rotator cuff, as this group of muscles and tendons plays a big role in shoulder stability and push-up movement. However, there are other potential causes too, like strain or inflammation in different parts of your shoulder or chest muscles. To be safe, I’d recommend seeing a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis, especially if the pain persists or limits your range of motion. In the meantime, rest and gentle stretches might help, but be sure not to push through the pain!
You can literally take their movement.
What do you mean?
How to heal is the title but there's nothing about how to heal I already know what I have this is a waste of time delete it

I can't ever barely move my arm without hurting, let alone laying down 😅 I've been talking pain meds like tic tacs
If any movement causes pain, it is a good idea to see a specialist in your area to discover the root cause of your symptoms.

Why does everyone in the fitness industry pronounce it “e-sen-trik?”It is properly pronounced “ek-sen-trik.”
This is honestly a very good question! Thanks for bringing this up! You're right that "eccentric" can technically be pronounced as "ek-sen-trik." The pronunciation "e-sen-trik" has become quite common in the fitness industry, likely due to regional accents and variations in how people pronounce words. Both pronunciations are understood, but if we're sticking to the original pronunciation rules, "ek-sen-trik" would indeed be more accurate. Thanks for pointing that out, and I appreciate your attention to detail!
How to cure this
It is best to see a specialist in your area to get a full comprehensive exam to isolate what the root cause of the issue is. This is just a short version of a longer video. Here is a link to the full video ruclips.net/video/9p3HwD4ljC8/видео.html
First of all, thank you very much for the video and the clear instructions! it is very helpfull and also align with the exercices that i have been doing and gathering from the several physiotherapy session i had in the past 4 years. I have had Latarjet procedure back in 2020. So far the exercices have been decreasing my pain but it never disappeared. The pain that i feel the hardest is the one from the infraspinatus, when you have your elbow against your stomak and try to push externally ( movement at minute 4:00), i used to hit that extreme pain at the very begining of the motion, but now the range has increase, but nonthless the pain never disappeared. Any thoughts on the matter is truly appreciated regardless of the answer or non answer, i am grateful for the video that you shared as i know it will help a lot of people with similar issue Thank you
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear that the exercises have been helping you and that the video aligns with what you've been working on in your physiotherapy sessions. Regarding the pain you're experiencing in your infraspinatus during external rotation, especially after a Latarjet procedure, it's important to consider a few factors. The persistent pain could be due to several reasons, such as residual scar tissue, muscle imbalances, or even compensatory movement patterns that have developed over time. Given that your range of motion has improved but the pain persists, it might be beneficial to revisit your physiotherapist or a specialist. They can assess your current muscle strength, flexibility, and movement patterns to identify any underlying issues. They might also suggest modifications to your current exercise routine or introduce additional techniques like myofascial release, dry needling, or other targeted therapies to address the specific pain in your infraspinatus. Remember, it's crucial to listen to your body and avoid pushing through pain, as this might lead to further complications. I hope this helps, and I'm truly grateful that you found the video helpful. Wishing you continued progress in your recovery! Thank you again for your support and for sharing your journey.

It depends on severity and patient presentation, but with that said acute disc pain is typically handled through other modalities of low force adjusting combined with rehab exercise!
