Yeah this game does give off Rally vibes, I've had no issues, and seeing that in the cut scene the sim racer is using a GT wheel tells me that that's what they had in mind. But yeah round wheel for sure. Both would work just as well 😊

I've got the Trak Racer tilt mechanism to bodge on. There's a video on here. You might like that too!

The mobile is running Sim Dashboard app for F124 and GT7. Yeah I need to check out the Trak Racer Tilt 👍🏻

@zazoodigital yeah, I got it from ebay its just a fanatec dd pro mobile holder. Its 3d printed but it does the job 🙂. I just watched a vid on the Trak Racer tilt mech, it looks good, you'll have to let me know how it goes. How are you finding the DD-X Rig?

@mattsellings love the rig. Exact same as yours and chair. Got my Mclaren wheel, pedals and base today. Almost set up now. I'm an xbox ACC racer. I use that term lightly.

F124 is really good also. Very close to ACC.

I just made the upgrade from CSL Elite to DD Pro a week ago and it was well worth it, I only upgraded the wheel base because I have the V3 pedals and formula rim. You won't regret it!

Thanks 😊, the settings I use are from Sim Racing Setups. They have a RUclips channel and that's where I've been getting my setups from 😀👍🏻

@@mattsellings thanks man, I’ll check it out! I usually load set ups from some of the esports drivers from the time trial leaderboard. Bit of tweaking and you can get a setup that suites your style!

@Idealinmeat yeah I do that for time trial but the Sim Racing Setups are great for normal Race Setups. They also have a website with all the Setups on, you should check that out 😁

I did, but when you've got 2 kids, every bit counts, and the DD-X does everything I want for £399.

In theory, yes, I've not tried it. I was thinking of getting another one to try it, but I'm think I'm just gonna upgrade to fanatecs Loadcell sometime in the future.

@@mattsellings so I just need something for a few months and later down the line I’ll get the load cell. I’m about to get the Fanatec gt dd pro 8NM and I really want a loadcell brake but it’s super expensive after buying the whole kit. Just wondering if this will be good enough until then

@raredopesongs5621 Yeah, I'd say it should do you until you can get the load cell. There is another alternative, it replaces the foam in the brake. It's from a company called 3drap, so check that out. It will definitely make the brake harder.

Thanks for the message 😁. So the overall frame length is 141cm, and with the seat all the way back, it's about 151cm. The shifter mount seems to be solid, I only have 1 bolt in it as I've got the wheel stand height lowish, but the mount seems good. You'll be really happy with it 😀👍🏻

You can turn down the FFB on whatever game your playing or do it via the menu on the wheel.

Have you contacted Fanatec about it? I know they have problems at the mo, but if it's bad I'd try and get it fixed with them.

@@mattsellings I tried it in all settings. But I did not try resetting the game each time I changed my wheel settings.

Also I have to have the controller turned off and just have the wheel as the main input device. Is that what your doing?

@@mattsellings - I had the same problem. Set the handbrake's deadzone to 40% and everything works fine both ins PS mode (blue) and compatibility mode (purple).
