Great reference video. I probably get 75% of my loads from ACV except for around the holidays when their capacity is low and still haven't hit that preferred carrier status yet lol. IMO central is way too expensive for something that is essentially just another loadboard and if you're a new carrier with no ratings most brokers won't deal with you anyway. I cancelled my subscription for a yr, picked it back up for 2 months and got nothing so is it really worth it I'd say 50/50. Safe travels my friend🙏🏾

You gotta a lot more to learn. First put a jack under the back of the trailer and you will quit folding your ramps. Invest in some actual wheel straps

This is the thing with most people, we want to do a business. But we are not will to stand the expenses to do the right thing. Pick up truck is not long-term for doing hotshoting. Semi is more long jevatity in every ways. And setting money aside for PM and BREAK DOWN. most of yall fail to do the following. Once yall see that money coming in...yall upgrade yall life style. It take discipline to rjn a business and most of yall are not. Fail to meet alot of actions that will lead to greater success

We just filed for the mc numbers today and getting the dot. Got the DUNS number, gvwr’s are under 26,001 lbs (per state reg) combined……. Excited man my best friend and I started the idea 4 months ago. Got a decent setup. 16 ram 3500 single wheel and a tri axle 33 ft low pro trailer ( gooseneck ). I have two questions. 1- what tie downs should we look into or consider 2- any more safety tips? I’ve been a mechanic for a while and been in and outta truck shops so I know basics. It’s nice to see someone doing it and actually figuring it out with a realistic approach and numbers

A “hotshot” on eld is just a pickup, not a hotshot. Hotshotter can easily ride a big rig. Hotshot means quick response not no CDL
